1. With 10-yr- full time EHS work experience, includes 3 years-EESH experience in manufacturing site of Qingdao LG Inspur digital communication co., and more than 7 years- EHS experience in Tyco Electronics AMP Qingdao manufacturing plant.
2. Good skills of EHS system developing, maintaining and monitoring, as well as the skills of EHS audit in work site on different levels of employees and suppliers/contractors, providing EHS professional training to ensure the overall compliance.
3. Experience of new building construction EHS management, new/transferred and/or modified plant project/process/equipment EHS change management(MOC). Good at work safety analysis, construction safety, fire safety, chemical safety management and occupational health protection.
4. Good communication skills with different levels of people, impact others by leadership and act as a team player, as well as the coordinate skills with local government agency and bureau.
5. Hold certification of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 internal auditor and China occupational safety and health management system auditor, National Certified Safety Engineer, familiar with OHSA/EICC code, Apple & Microsoft and Intel CSR requirement and Chinese EHS legislation.
