Tom Weston

I founded Glayshr to support organisations in their accelerated transition to sustainable and healthy workplaces. With 10 years of sustainability experience in both industry and academia, I have worked in operations and finance, project management and strategy design, implementation, analysis and evaluation. At the industry level, I have represented established construction and land development companies, as well as a direct-to-consumer subscription-based startup. I specialise in applying spatial data analytics and visualisation to sustainability and wellbeing issues, having researched natural resource management, waste management, urban air quality and the spatial distribution of energy efficient housing within the UK.

When I'm not thinking about sustainability and wellbeing, I'm hanging out with my spouse and our son, skiing, mountain biking, trail running, or eating oreos.
