With 10 years of experience as a sustainability consultant in Brazil and United States, I've led 50+ projects focused on sustainable operations, zero waste practices, and employee well-being. I've developed processes, supported teams, and achieved high-level certifications for clients, driving the adoption of sustainable and healthy practices.
Notable achievements include iFood's headquarters situated in Brazil, obtaining Fitwel certification, being honored with the 2020 CfAD Best in Building Health award. Additionally, securing Sicredi's LEED v3 O+M certification, achieving the highest score in Latin America. Recognition extends to the Genesis Marina in California, acknowledged as the first construction project in the world to achieve TRUE Certification. Furthermore, proud to mention the achievement of the first TRUE Precertified construction project outside the U.S., located in India.
I've been a speaker at Greenbuilding Expo Brazil in 2017 and 2020, and served as an instructor for the LEED v4.1 O+M Beta course at Greenbuilding Council Brasil. My credentials include LEED AP O+M and TRUE Advisor, and I'm a recognized Fitwel Ambassador.
I recently earned an MBA with a focus on Sustainable Development and Circular Economy from PUC Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil.
